This space has a chill-out area, and solarium, where you can sunbathe and enjoy a delicious lunch with the family. It also has a double private parking space in the building for your convenience.
A privileged location, with the Nea beach and the Radazul Marina just a short walk from the property, perfect for disconnecting with a pleasant stroll, enjoying the local gastronomy and the surrounding bathing areas, where there is always a good climate. It is situated in a residential area, strategically located to get to know the rest of the island.
