Panoramic Sunset Views - Free Parking
I am thrilled to welcome you to my recently refurbished home. Located on The Summit in Heywood, UK, You and my friendly neighbours are lucky to enjoy the sunset each evening.
During the day, you can enjoy scenic views of the countryside from the living room and upstairs bedrooms. Can you spot Winter Hill, the transmitting station in the distance? That`s in Rivington which is 23 miles away!
The property boasts two large king size beds, a single bedroom, bath and shower and a kitchen that makes cooking a dream.
Two eye-level NEFF ovens, RANGEMASTER hob, washing machine, dishwasher, wine cooler and fridge/ freezer are all available for you to use during your stay.
You will have access to the house and outdoor space.
Although I will not be around during your stay, I will be available for you to contact through the Airbnb App.

The property has excellent access to public transport network and motorways. There`s a bus stop located on the main road, just 0.1 mile. This can either take you into Rochdale, or into Bury where each have a major bus station, tram network and can have you in the center of Manchester in around 40 minutes.
Free on-street parking:
Please park directly in front of the property, if you are in two cars, you can park opposite the house on the other side of the road. Please use common sense when parking and be mindful of our neighbours.
The property is situated in a residential area and I have adjoining neighbours. Please be respectful of them during your stay.
Please park in front of the house, if you have two cars, park opposite the first car (on opposite side of the road where possible), ensuring common sense is used and neighbours houses are not blocked.
A third-party alarm company monitors the alarm when activated. This is deactivated during your stay. There is a deterrent camera in the kitchen, but this cannot be accessed when not armed.

We want to ensure that all guests have a clean and comfortable stay, please kindly have a read through our list of house rules:
- Please put rubbish and recycling in to the correct bins (info in the welcome booklet)
- Please feel free to use the dish washer ensuring the cycle has been started before you leave (selecting 1/2 load - this will be a full wash).
- Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels down and by parking in front of the house or directly across the road if necessary and not blocking their house.
- Please ensure both front and back doors are locked every time you leave the property. The back door can be stiff so please refer to the house manual for more details.
- Strictly no smoking or parties/ events. This will result in your immediate removal and/ or a charge of a minimum of £200
- If non-paying guests and/or pets stay without prior approval, they will not be insured and you will be charged £40 per person, per night.
- Please ensure you remove all dog waste, you can use the dark green bin or dog waste bin at the end of the street.
- Kindly notify me of any accidents that happen.
We kindly ask that you treat our home with care and respect, leaving it in the same condition as when you arrived.
