Cosy accommodation, explicit directions, very clean and pleasant. Convenient location for exploring the area and also very short walk to an adorable cafe and other town amenities. Thank you for a lovely mini- break!
Although we had an issue with the lock box , owners came to the rescue and we were soon able to check in. Great location for what we needed to visit our friends form 20 years ago, quick uber ride home
Very private and although small it has everything you need for a short stay. Gorgeous shower, lovely fittings. It's quirky but with a modern twist. We used both beds and found them quite comfortable especially the double. Especially quiet and peaceful.
Lovely little place in great location, comfortable bed, great shower and very clean and tidy

The property was ideal for a couple to use as a base. It was well equipped and tastefully decorated. Parking was on the road a short walk up a steep driveway- fine for us - not so for anyone with mobility issues. What let this property down was cleanliness. I had to clean the toilet! There were some stains on the shower screen next to the toilet. There were also some hairs that hadn’t been cleaned away and some surfaces eg. the shelves where the cups/ glasses were kept needed dusting as did the toilet cistern.
We had an amazing time at the cottage. It's so peaceful and perfectly located for a quiet, relaxing stay away from all the stresses of daily life. Thanks so much!
Cosy, comfortable and well equipped cottage set in a friendly village and lovely surroundings. Perfect getaway break. Good value for money. We had a lovely time and would happily go back.
The perfect peaceful place to relax and chill. Ideal base for walking with excellent close facilities for dining out if you want to. Highly recommended.
Property was lovely, small and secluded.
Cost was good value, and facilities were great.
Only small criticism is parking on a very busy road away from the property.
Delph is a beautiful little village which we loved. The cottage is gorgeous and so comfortable cool and relaxing. Would definitely recommend and visit again. Thank you.
Lovely cottage, perfect for a short break, it had everything we needed and was exactly as described. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.
We enjoyed our 3 nights at this delightful and compact cottage. Well equipped and very comfortable. An ideal location to explore the beauty of the district of Saddleworth.
Small but perfectly formed cottage. Can honestly say we did not need any more space than we had in the beautiful little cottage. Had everything we needed to make our little getaway everything it needed to be! Would definitely stay again x
I lost my husband of 32years and this break was just what I needed to allow me to move on and take my good memories with me. It was everything I needed. Absolutely magical
We had a brilliant night away here, the cottage feels so comfortable and home from home. We did a fantastic 8.5 mile circular route walk and the views were fantastic!! Will be recommending to friends and will be back.
Lovely quiet location tucked away. No car parking facilities and a long up hill walk to and from where we parked which is not ideal if you have poor mobility. Had a lovely break and would return.
