Ricciardi Palace - elegant mansion from the early 1900s - Apartment 7

At 83 square meters, apartment no. 7 is the largest in "Palazzo Ricciardi," a building dating back to the early 1900s, recently renovated into a tourist residence. With eight different accommodations and over thirty beds, it is suitable for individuals, couples, families, and groups. Its key features are the spaciousness and brightness of the rooms, all with vaulted ceilings, which, combined with the meticulous attention to detail, ensure comfort and functionality.Palazzo Ricciardi is also strategically located near the train station, almost opposite the "Castromediano" Provincial Museum, and just steps from the historic center.
All guests of the Residence have access to the citrus garden at the rear of the building and the large rooftop terrace, also accessible by elevator.

Beautiful apartment a 5 min walk from the old town and all the shops and restaurants. Even though it was on a busy street we didn't find the traffic noise to be a problem. We appreciated being able to rent a parking spot, which made exploring the southern part of Puglia easy.

We had only one small disappointment. We would have like a lounge to relax in the evenings with our friends we managed using the dining room but a more comfortable seating area would have made our stay perfect. We really did enjoy the apartment and the facilities were firs class.

Great stay in Lecce

This property was everything it promised. The secure onsite parking was a big plus. The walk to old town was easy. So many beautiful churches to explore. We also ventured out to Otranto, Alberello, Galliopoli and Matera. The restaurant next door felt like having dinner with family and was excellent also. Being able to end the day with a glass of wine on the balcony was great. You have to give this VRBO a try. You won’t be sorry.

Just the most wonderful stay. Attentive, kind hearted host who told us all about the history of the family owned building. Beautifully furnished to a high standard. We felt very privileged to stay here. The air-conditioning very good, kitchen well equipped and a spacious balcony for aperitivo. A gorgeous restaurant next door, Al Verde, you must try! 10 minutes walk from the old town. Parking available on the street. We would love to return. Grazie Mille !!
