This fantastic and bright apartment in Barcelona is 50 m², has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people. It has a lift, iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, balcony, 1 TV. In the kitchen there is a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker and toaster. Apartment recommended for families, not youth groups.



This flat is located on one of the cultural arteries of the city of Barcelona: Paral·lel Avenue. From the late 19th century until 1970, it has always been linked to the world of entertainment, with cabarets, music halls, and theatres such as Teatro Condal, Teatro Victoria, and Teatro Apolo, which continue to offer shows. The Catalan Broadway is full of charm and although it is no longer the same as before, it continues to offer a wide variety of activities and entertainment.



The Parallel also offers one of the best and most varied gastronomic options, which fill its pedestrian streets and tapas bars. It has many terraces where you can have a drink, nightclubs and a magnificent gastronomic and cultural panorama.



Please take note of the following important information before booking:



Important notice: From 12 to 30 January 2026, works will be carried out in the entrance hall of the building. The works may generate noise or occasional disturbances during the day. Access to the floor will remain possible at all times. We appreciate your understanding.



- Towel, sheet, and toilet paper replacement is not included.



- Travel cot:

Price: 30.00 EUR per booking. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it



-Each additional guest not included in the booking will be charged 10 € per night.



-The use of the elevator by neighbors can generate noise during the day and night.



-Late arrival:




Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.

- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.

- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).


- Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.



- NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine)



The property shall not be liable under any circumstances for thefts, burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities of our tourist apartments.

Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions for the custody of their valuables, including the use of safety boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.

The safety of personal belongings is the exclusive responsibility of the guest.
