It was ok

Overall the accommodation was ok and relatively clean. However, there were a few issues. The door handle fell off the living room door, there was a sweet on the floor that my dog nearly choked on, a towel on the roof of the conservatory and the conservatory door was very hard to shut.

Ideal location but dirty property

The house was not as per photos. On arrival we were greeted by overflowing bins which is a health hazard (rats paradise). Inside the property there wasn’t a very pleasant smell and everything was dirty. Stained bedding included the mattress protector. No bags in bins and the main kitchen bin was disgusting. All cutlery and crockery dirty aswell as the draws. Leftover food in cupboards and dirty socks in cupboard under stairs. We had to clean the kitchen before using it.
