Home is at the Moovalya Keys (canal) of Colorado River. Dock is 50 feet. If you don't have a boat you can hang out on the dock and float in the water. People are friendly and ready to have a good time. Expect boats to cruise the keys during the day as well as at night. A 1800 sqft spacious open floor plan for a comfortable stay. Master suite with private bath and walk-in closet. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom have 1 Queen size bed each and 1 double size bed. Home has a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals. Spacious dining table plus breakfast bar. House has two patios, side patio is completely shaded and patio faces the canal will provide more sun. Please be advised guest that bring pets of any kind or smoke inside the home will forfeit the 1K Deposit.

Family trip

The house was very clean and comfortable. We came down to use new jet skis over Thanksgiving. The dock is too high off the water for skis, so we rigged some blow up bumpers to keep them from getting damaged. We would stay again.

We had a great time!

We had a great time at the property, but that was gonna happen no matter where we stayed. Over all for the money paid it was worth it. We did appreciate it being clean when we got there. If there was any downfall at all it’s that the property owner was a little to involved at all times and she locked the AC temperature at 74! So it was a little muggy in the house and at the price you pay I don’t feel like you should be worrying about the extra 30 bucks you save. Overall it was a good experience

Great location- Very Dirty

The location of this home on the Parker Strip is great and the communication with Maria was easy. She answered our call right away when we had not yet received check in instructions. Once we downloaded the August Home App it was easy. Make sure to download this app prior to getting to Parker- reception is spotty. The home itself was a disappointment. It was disgustingly dirty. We took pictures and sent to Maria. She offered half the cleaning fee back. Wish we could attach the pictures here. The floors were really gross and we hand mopped the first night with rags, the rags were completely black after hand mopping. The carpet in the bedrooms is stained and very dirty. The pillows and mattresses did not have protectors so you could see the pillows were filthy and stained (we have pictures). The towels smelled terrible. We bought laundry detergent and rewashed but they were just so stinky. There was one container of handsoap 1/4 full but it was mostly water. Maria had someone drop off handsoap when we notified her of all our concerns. At that point we had already bought some.

After I carefully listened to Jason complaints I apologize and offer solutions. I advised Jason to put towels in the Laundry room. He didn't have to wash or buy laundry soap. I provide more than enough clean towels which are located under the bathroom sinks. As we all know when we walk in and out of a house we track soil on the floors. Although I was well aware there was hand soap I dropped off more. Jason attempted to claim it was very hot at night and said a/c was at 80 degrees. As I am speaking to him I opened the Nest app and I advised him the a/c was running at 74 degrees. It was obvious what Jason was really interest in. He wanted a large discount. My rates are competitive for area so I don't understand why he was doing this. Jason advised me if I give him a credit he wouldn't give me a bad rating. I refuse to submit to such tactics. Saturday at his check-out he asked I refund him the cleaning and one Night stay. Not cool. Jason is well aware I had a conflict with his dates. In spite of that I made it work to accommodate his Spring break vacation. I also allowed him to check in early at a last minute request. Sometimes no matter what we do as Host guest are Not satisfied. Regardless of this experience I am appreciate of the opportunity to host Jason.

Good Property In the Keys

Property is nice and clean with an open floor plan. For boat owners this is a nice spot in the keys with a solid dock. I have been staying in the keys for the last 20+ years and have stayed in at least 10 different properties over the last few years after many of our friends sold their houses. This house is very solid and will accommodate two families and kids nicely. Couple of things to note: Only two bathrooms with one of the bathrooms being in the master leaves most of the house sharing one bathroom. The house stays cool enough and the fans all worked well. The only negatives we had on the house were the very thin mattresses in the guest bedrooms. Nice mattresses are cheap these days for what the cost of this rental is. Overall this is a solid spot.

Amazing trip to the Keys

The property is located in a nice private community. The area is well maintained as is the property. The ease of having a dock available and excellent parking at the house was awesome! The house was exactly as advertised. Maria, the owner, was always available with questions and for support. She made it really easy! We had a group of 10 people and the house was perfect for our group size. I would recommend this property to anyone, especially if you have a boat. The Keys is beautiful!

River Stay

Plenty of parking compared to other homes we stayed at in the keys. The dock and tie up for our boat was perfect. The house was clean and everything worked. Communication with the owner was easy and very quick responses. I liked the digital key entrance however took a little bit of getting use to. Thanks Maria we will be staying here again!

Home has a Large open floor plan, 1800 sqft, making it very comfortable for all the family and friends to be in the Living room, Dining area and the bar, without feeling crowded. Large Dining room Table if you opt to Dine in. Its equipped with cookware and dishes, coffee maker, blender, toaster well equipped to prepare most meals. All linens and towels are freshly washed. Home is thoroughly clean for your full enjoyment.
Having the canal at your doorstep to float to enjoy Parker like it was meant to be. Please Bring water lounges to maximize your experience. My Family, Friends and I made incredible memories in this home. I'm sure it will be the same for you.
