Welcome to the River House! This bright, peaceful desert/river home was fully restored giving a modern vibe. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, including a master suite and lots of indoor/outdoor spaces to relax. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, new appliances, and central heat and air. Designed with tranquility in mind to make your stay feel like you are right at home. We’re a 1 minute drive to the river and community launching ramp. 3-5 minutes from all the restaurants and gas station. Approximately 8 minutes from Blue Water Casino. Approximately 10 minutes to the city of Parker, AZ. This River House is a place to enjoy the river, relax, and make memories!

Loved the location and the size. Very comfortable! I would recommend. Felicia very easy to work with. Had to go out and buy soap as was not part of the toiletries or had just run out perhaps. Outside was not as dog friendly as we thought, openings and small wall and no back yard per se, but very easy to walk them around the neighborhood where those we ran into were very friendly. Small table and chairs would have been nice for games but we brought stools in from the patio and made the counter space work.

Jeep Run to Parker

Loved this place! Absolutely perfect for our needs. After running around the desert in our Jeeps, we enjoyed a nice dinner, evening and breakfast in the morning. Comfortable for four couples.

Bluewater Casino Boat Race

We loved staying at Felicia's house. Check-in was very easy, the house was very clean, well stocked with towels, cofffee, etc. We enjoyed sitting on the large front porch in the evenings. Felicia responds immediately to any needs or requests. The housekeeper was very nice and accommodating as well. We will definietly be back for the next boat race!

Felicia is a great host! She communicates well and in a timely manner. The house is nice, spacious and clean. The open floor plan was great for my toddler nephew to run/walk around and play. The pool table is a fun way to end the night. Nice sized TVs in all rooms with Netflix was a huge plus! The individual air conditioners in room are a little loud, but when it’s 100+ you definitely need them. It’s also nice to have the individuals so each room can sleep at their comfort level. Overall, it was the perfect accommodation for our family trip to Parker!

Weekend River Trip

Our Hostess was amazing! Very very responsive! The parking at the house, however, is really meant for cars only. We could not park our boat and truck on the property and there is NO street parking, so heads up! We were able to use the neighbors lot across the street for an additional fee to park our boat/truck. The house needs a bit of love, but the kitchen is new and nice. FYI, there is no table to eat at IN the house, so we brought the outside table inside and it worked okay. It was too hot to eat outside. Anyway, all in all, the place is good, location was good for River stay, would stay there again if we were not able to get our usual place. And bonus, our hostess offered us a return customer discount if we come back, so that is good!

The house was cute, could done without the things hanging in the bedroom. There were no instructions for checkout until after we had already left. Door from main bedroom to bathroom is extremely small. Bathroom mirror on separate wall from sink was ackward for curling hair and doing makeup. It was a great size for family. Loved sitting out on the patio. No backyard for dogs so I wouldn’t recommend taken a dog with you. Not much parking but there’s additional parking a little way down the street. Neighbor was very friendly. It was a nice weekend. Thank you

The house was very clean and cute inside. The kitchen was well equipped for our month long stay. The beds were comfortable. We stayed during very hot weather. The house stayed cool without excess use of the air conditioners. The only negative is the parking. The front gravel could possible hold a fourteen foot boat if you are very good at backing up a trailer. Fortunately the neighbor across the street will rent his parking area for a very nominal fee. He also allowed us to potty our dog in the same area (we cleaned up after the dog). All in all, we think this is a very good rental and at a very reasonable price.
