Located in Starigrad Paklenica, in the Zadar region of Croatia, Villa Mojca is a lovely modern villa with a private swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi. Situated just a stone’s throw from the beach (150 m) and within walking distance of shops and restaurants, the villa is conveniently located for everything you need. It is also close to the Paklenica National Park (1.8 km), Croatia’s most popular climbing centre, making it a great place to enjoy water sports, as well as hiking, freeclimbing, mountain biking and caving.

Villa Mojca (240 sqm) develops over two levels.

The villa consists of a large open plan living room with a sitting area (with sofas), a dining area (for 8) and a well-equipped kitchen area, as well as one guest bathroom (with toilet).

In the sleeping area, you will find four double bedrooms (with king-size beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower).

Outside, you will find a garden with a large terrace featuring a heated swimming pool (13m x 3m; depth 1.35m with a sunbathing area (with sun loungers), a lounge area (with umbrella and comfortable outdoor seating) and an outdoor jacuzzi. The jacuzzi is next to a shady outdoor dining area (for 8) and further along the terrace, there is a second lounge (with comfortable outdoor seating). The villa also offers a barbecue and a large first floor balcony, as well as private parking for four cars.
