A luxury and comfortable home, where you can rest after a long day discovering Paris. This vibrant and luxurious quarter seamlessly combines classic elegance, providing a taste of the epitome of Parisian luxury and lifestyle. It's located in close proximity to the famous Champs-Élysées, Louvre Museum and the US Embassy.

The Space:
The apartment has:
- 1 Living room with 1 sofa bed
- 1 Fully equipped kitchen
- 1 Dining area with a table and 8 seats
- Bedroom 1 (Master Bedroom) with one King bed and its private bathroom (free-standing bathtub)
- Bedroom 2 (Master Bedroom) with one Queen bed and its private bathroom (shower)
- Bedroom 3 with one Double bed
- 1 separate bathroom with shower
- 2 Separate WC

The apartment is comfortable for 6 people and a maximum of 8 people.

The sleeping arrangement is organized as follow, all bed and bath linen being provided:
Bedroom 1 (Master Bedroom) with a 5***** king bed high comfort mattresses
Bedroom 2 (Master Bedroom) with a 5***** queen bed high comfort mattresses
Bedroom 3 with a 5***** double bed high comfort mattresses

Living room : 2 people high-comfort sofa bed

The apartment is equipped with:
TV, high speed Wifi
a washer dryer, a hair dryer, a dishwasher
a nespresso coffee machine, a water boiler, a toaster
a fridge, an induction plate, a microwave, pans and other cooking wares
a baby bed / High chair if needed

Guest Access:
Warning: It is very important to respect the common areas, please make sure to be quiet when you are heading out/going into the building.

Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access of the apartment.

- You will find the keys of the apartment inside the Masterlockinside the mailbox Merveil
- The door to your apartment is on the first floor
- We will send you the code of the Masterlock before your arrival.
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment that we have placed on the table of the kitchen

Since we are not on site, please take into account our travel time, in case of last minute booking. Example: reservation at 5pm for the day D, arrival at 7pm on the spot.

The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is a place steeped in history from where you can discover Paris, enjoy a cup of coffee or simply taste one of the trendiest restaurants for a memorable stopover in the capital. Just a short walk from our apartment you'll find the famous Champs-Élysees. This legendary avenue is a shopping paradise, home to luxury boutiques, renowned designer brands, cinemas, and elegant restaurants. It is also conveniently situated in close proximity to the world-renowed Louvre Museum and the enchanting Tuileries Gardens. Our neighborhood is home to numerous luxury boutiques and iconic names. Places like Laduree, famous for its exquisite macarons, are within easy reach. Renowned fashion houses, such as Hermès, Chanel, and Cartier, are just a stone's throw away from our apartment. Our neighborhood is very safe, given its close proximity to the Elysee Palace and the American Embassy.

Getting Around:
Nearest Metro Station :
- Concorde: 3 minutes: Ligne 1, 8, 14
- Madeleine: 2 minutes: Ligne 8, 12, 14
- RER Auber: 10 minutes: Line A
- 50 minutes to CDG : RER A and then RER B
- 45 minutes to Orly Airport by Taxi

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment. Check-out / Departure : until 11am

We do not serve breakfast.
Cleaning is done before each arrival and after each departure only.

We are in a heritage building with sensitive neighbors. Please be careful during your stay to the house rules :
- no smoking in the apartment or in the building's courtyard
- no drugs
- no parties
- no music
- no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in the common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video shoots

If one of the above house rules is not respected:
- A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged
- The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment

In order to guarantee compliance with these rules:
- You will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site
- A separate deposit of 4000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48hours prior your arrival.

Finally, if the apartment keys are lost, € 170 will be charged.
