All bookings include free of charge all mains water consumption, 50€ of electricity consumption per booking and, in winter season and if the property has it, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (oil, gas or propane heating). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.

This house has air conditioning and central heating in all bedrooms and common areas of the house.

The Sustainable Tourism Tax is €2.20 per person per night of stay (10% VAT included). All bed linen, a set of shower towels and beach towels are provided for each guest.

Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' peace and quiet must be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.
