OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: - We manage several units in this building. - Only the guests registered at the time of booking will have access to the apartment. - Parties are strictly forbidden, and only guests registered at the time of reservation can access the apartment. - A sound detector linked to a professional security company has been installed in the flat, and CCTV cameras are active in the common areas of the building for an added layer of security. - Additional cleaning services for longer stays can be arranged upon request for an extra charge. - This studio apartment is a single-room living space that integrates the kitchen, living area, and bedroom without separate divisions. - The sofa bed is available upon request for an additional charge when booking 2 guests. For bookings of 2 guests, 1 double bed is provided. Please inquire for more details. - We can provide a travel cot and high chair for £40 per stay upon request.
