Beautiful newly renovated apartment on the first floor of a building with a lift and sea views, located in a quiet area just 50 metres from the Bristol promenade. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, kettle, toaster, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and a small dining area, a lovely living-dining room with a small balcony overlooking Lanzarote, and a bathroom with shower. Adela Homes offers a Smart TV and free WiFi, and is located 400 metres from Corralejo marina and the old town, where you will find numerous bars, restaurants and pizzerias.
We would like to inform our guests that new construction works are being carried out nearby, which may cause minor inconvenience.
