A proven favourite amongst our Fuerteventura villas. This is a delightfully furnished Arabesque styled 2 bedroom villa, sleeping 4 people, sited in the traditionally exclusive part of town. It is only a 15 minute stroll from the high street of the main tourist centre of Corralejo, and 5 minutes walk from the internationally famous 7 km stretch of white sand starting with 'Flag Beach' kite surfing/ windsurfing centre of Fuerteventura. This area of town is as close as you are going to get to these stunning beaches.
This villa is within easy walking distance of supermarkets, town bars, restaurants and the resort water park. Casa Luka is a fully equipped detached property, offering you the perfect facilities for a private, self-contained break. It offers a unique 20’ long, 1.3 m deep Roman style heated pool (heated all year) with wide sunken steps to enjoy refreshments, accompanied by a sunbathing area to the front. To the side is a private al fresco dining area and full size masonry barbeque. Additionally, there is a large roof terrace equipped with sunloungers which looks out over the ocean to Lobos Island and neighbouring Lanzarote. The perimeter of the property protects you with walls supported by discreet screening, making the gardens and pool area both child friendly and very private. A dip in the sea is a mere 500m away. Transfer time from Fuerteventura airport is just 35 minutes. A hire car for this villa is not essential, but it is useful should you wish to explore other parts of this fantastic island.
Inside Casa Luka has a spacious living room and dining area combined, leading on to the separate fully fitted kitchen equipped with full oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, a washing machine and dishwasher. The lounge has two large comfortable sofas, Wifi is provided free of charge. The villa has two double bedrooms with spacious wardrobes, one with a double size bed and one with twin beds. An infant cot is provided with no extra charge if required. Each bedroom has its own French doors opening out to patio areas within the walled gardens. There are I + 1/2 bathrooms, one with double basins, bath, shower, toilet and bidet. The other has a single basin and toilet. Large ceiling fans are fitted throughout to keep the inside cool and airy.
Superfast wifi (400mbps) feeds a 65 inch TV is also provided.

* Corralejo is a busy resort with entertainment bars and restaurants centred in the downtown/ harbour region. Casa Luka is 15 to 20 minutes walk away from that area so it benefits from tranquility when that is needed but also affords easy access to the varied nightlife when that's a priority. It has the best of both worlds.
* The nearest supermarket (Hiperdino) is only an 8 minute stroll from Casa Luka sited in the popular El Campanario Shopping Center and this is important for a self catering holiday. There is nothing that can't be purchased here and usually at significantly lower cost than other parts of Europe.

In the 20 yrs since purchasing our first overseas rental property we've worked hard to perfect every aspect of the villa rental experience and in 2017 we expanded our range of villas to 1 three bedroom villa, 1 two bedroom villa and 1 one bedroom villa in some of the most desirable locations. At regular intervals we inspect and ensure that standards of maintenance are kept at their very best. In 2012 we further expanded our range of private rental units to include a refurbished Welsh cottage in an area that has the highest concentration of outdoor activities and attractions in the whole of the UK - Snowdonia. Our association with that area spans 20 yrs.
Why they chose this property
This is our 2 bedroom villa and it is a proven favourite for a smaller family group or just 1 couple seeking a peaceful get away but within a short walk to the beaches and resort attractions. It's superbly positioned and we've put a lot of thought into the equipment levels and furnishings at this property. The 20 foot long private swimming pool is a delight to use and in 2016 we supplemented a solar pool water heating system with an electric back up to guarantee 26-29 degree water temperatures every week of the year. As with all our properties we constantly monitor the furnishings and equipment and reinvest lots of time and expense in keeping them to a high standard.
