-Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
-All guests must present their passport/ID upon check-in
-For check-ins after 10pm there will be fees
-If you fail to arrive at the property within an hour from your scheduled arrival time there will be a fee of £10 for each extra hour you are late. If we need to rearrange your check-in to a later time on the day there will be a £20 fee (if the check-in is later than 22:00 late check-in fees will also apply).
-If you are delayed, please let us know in advance, and depending on the notice, we may be able to able to rearrange check-in.
- For check-ins between 22:00 and 00:00 there is a £50 fee.
- For check-ins after 00:00 there is a £75 fee
- We may be able to arrange a late check-out after 10am if you let us know in advance and depending on the availability of the property.
- Late check-outs are charged at £10 per hour after 10am.

Positives:

Drawbacks:
- Wifi only in the living room, not in the bedrooms
- there is a full flight of stairs to get down to the bedrooms from the living room. The bathroom is halfway down that flight of stairs which means you have to navigate steep stairs if you need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.
- lumpy bed, quite uncomfortable you can literally feel the springs!
Grand appartement, bien agencé, fonctionnel, agréable à vivre. A noter qu’il y a des escaliers (pièces réparties sur quatre niveaux). Globalement très propre hormis quelques traces sur une porte et un mur. Belle réactivité de l’hôte concernant un problème de robinet. Point faible : la literie, à changer.
