Well equipped apartment in the heart of Kensington, very close to shops and amenities. A very large terrace which has sunshine all day. Good for outdoor living with south facing roof garden and lots of seating. Master bedroom has large fully fitted wardrobe. All beds fitted with top quality bed linen, hotel standard. There are at least 3 gyms which are walking distance away who would welcome short term members. One has a swimming pool. The apartment has it own front door on street level. It is a quiet neighbourhood street, very safe and friendly with a village atmosphere. The reason for no recent reviews is because it has been let long term for the last 4 years. However you can read my excellent reviews on my other London property which is close by and is listing number 1080505 on the VRBO website.

This place was beautiful well stocked great location. The owner was very helpful giving tips on where to go. What to see. It was spacious and felt like home.
Eve was very responsive and helpful. The apartment is very well located in Kensington and has many nice restaurants in the area. Its extremely walkable. Two metro spots close by. The Kensington High Street will take you to most of the landmarks that are further away.
Perfect home away from home; I have already recommended to friends. The apartment is as presented in the photos (the main bedroom is actually bigger than the photo suggests) and our family of five was very comfortable (Ms 14 was very happy sleeping on the couch). Eve, the host, is outstanding! Warm, friendly, responsive and very helpful. Eve went out of her way to help us and we are very grateful. It was wonderful to have two bathrooms with great hot water and the outdoor roof terrace was great on a hot evening. I have no hesitation recommending this place. We loved our stay and I absolutely would stay again!
The owner was wonderful, a lovely person and very, very, accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for her to take care of. We felt that we were in good hands should problems arise. The apartment is in need of a revamp/touchup and some of the kitchen saucepans etc. could do with a good clean/replacement. There are sound-blocking windows (double windows) on the bedrooms which work well at night (i.e. given the proximity to major roads), although closing the windows restricts cross ventilation airflow in the bedrooms.
Exactly as advertised. Easy check in process and walking distance to several public transportation options. The set up worked well for our family of 5 and the kids loved visiting Holland Park in the evenings.
We loved our stay! The house is very bright, the beds and comforters are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Our hostess couldn't have been nicer and more attentive. We recommend it!
We loved the flat, especially the outdoor space. Eve was very helpful on arrival and I appreciated her help with my bags. The location is great, close to public transportation, restaurants and shopping. It is a space I could live in.
We really enjoyed staying at this flat! Restaurants and pubs maybe 20-30 min walk away. Kensington Olympia tube station 10 min walk. Great living room and kitchen, steep stairs to main level then bedrooms but nice main bedroom and guest bathroom. Host was very responsive about nearby restaurants and dealing with minor electrical and wifi issues. A gem in London!

We loved our stay in this Kensington apartment. The neighborhood was quiet with easy access to many dining and shopping options. The closest tube station, High Street Kensington, was 15m walk. The unit has living room and kitchen on the 2nd floor and bedrooms and toilets on the 3rd floor. There are two sets of stairs connecting the street entrance to the upper floors. We were fine with the layout once we got used to it. Eve was a gracious and helpful host. Thank you.
Purpose of our family vacation to London from the US was to visit as many historical sites and soccer stadiums as possible. We needed a place that was clean and comfortable for recharging in the evenings and get a great nights rest. We only used the condo to sleep as we were gone all day exploring the city. With this said, my teens gave the beds a 10 out of 10. The condo had two floors and although an older unit had lots of character and charm. The condo has two flights of stairs which were steep and narrow but the handrails and paying attention to your footing doesn't make them an issue. I gave 4 stars for location because of the distance to the Underground stop, however the morning walks through Holland Park was lovely and location in regards to all the historic sites were fine. West Kensington was a great place for food and shopping. The best feature of this condo was our host, Eve. It was as if we had our own personal tour guide. She was quick to respond to my texts and offer advice on places to eat and visit. We all agreed this condo was awesome and we would stay here again on our next visit.
The flat was lovely for our family of four... bright, clean and spacious. Location was fantastic with easy access to many attractions. Corner store and shops very close. Worth noting that the flat is on a quiet street but sandwiched between two main arteries which provided for extra city noises which are to be expected when centrally located. Thankfully the windows in the bedroom were double-pained which kept the noise to a minimum. The owner was able to accommodate our early arrival which was very much appreciated. One suggestion for the owner's consideration would be to replace the master mattress as it has seen better days.
We had a lovely stay at Eve’s charming flat. The location can’t be beat and the configuration of the flat worked well for 3 friends of a certain age. I would definitely book again.
My husband and I just left after a 5 night stay at this lovely apartment. It’s located in a very nice area just west of London not but a short probably 3min walk to the nearest bus stop and 10 or so min walk to the nearest tube station. Eve was incredibly nice and quick to respond to any questions. If we come back to London we would stay here no question, hopefully during a time of year when we could make use of the nice terrace.

This is a really great property, it has everything but the joy of the apartment is the outside space, it is a sunny terrace and a great place to chill out, very quiet and a view of the pretty mews behind. And South Facing !

2 bathrooms, and of course the privacy of being a duplex, if people want to sleep upstairs, others can stay awake and watch tv or plan the next day downstairs. I have many guide books and maps for you. All necessities, provided including washing detergent and dishwasher tablets, shampoo, soap. Also food necessities, including coffee and tea etc.
