Enjoy an evening poolside, yard games, or just a nice smokless firepit with some wine and smore's.
This unique property boasts two short-term rentals. You can rent the entire property for family and friends, or you can rent an individual unit. If you choose to rent an individual unit, rest assured that the other areas will be unavailable for other renters. You’ll have exclusive access to your chosen space.
You'll have access to the large backyard where you can enjoy the pool, swing set, picnic tables, yard games, smokeless fire pit, and more. This rental also includes a beautifully done converted garage area that can be used for our VRBO guests only.
No dogs over 20 pounds and absolutely no dogs on the pool deck. No cats sorry as people are highly allergic to them.

The photos online were what sold me on this residence. Unfortunately, they were not accurate. The pool was full of green water and slime. The toilet in the master had a completely cracked toilet seat. The hall bathroom had no electrical outlet and that toilet moved when you sit on it. Also, there were ants in that bathroom. The outlets in the bedroom did not work. I was under the impression that we were the only individuals staying at this residence but there were others staying in an attached building.

Yes the pool is not open and due to hot and cold weather and storms it is very difficult to keep a pool clean. I was at the property earlier that day and did not see 1 ant and then took off to town. I mentioned to you I had family in town and you where okay with that.
