About the host
Hosted by Shona Kinnie
Geneva Cottage is split into two living areas providing guest with various options from tranquil living, to chitchatting with others or having a romantic weekend away with their partner.
As the host you will sometimes find me working outside to improving the Koi pond and the garden area; I am always happy to say hi but equally happy to leave you with your thoughts as you plan your next day.

What makes this property unique
Geneva Cottage was built in 1753 making it one of the oldest residential dwellings in Darlington, sadly none of the original features remain;
However the Cottage boasts a Koi pond with its own external seating area. In the warmer weather some guests find it therapeutic to sit outside and watch the Koi whilst they eat a meal or snack
