Immaculately presented 3 bedroom villa with stunning landscaped gardens, sea views and outdoor kitchen, completed in 2009, this villa occupies an enviable position at Vale da Lapa on the outskirts of Carvoeiro.



The villa is entered through gates and has a large driveway with room for several cars. The front door opens to a spacious hallway and open plan living area. The design of the house means that every room is flooded with natural light and gives an increidble feeling of space. There is a entrance WC and a bedroom with en suite facilities. The contemporary fully fitted kitchen is complete with granite worktops and eqipped to the highest specifications. There is a TV/cinema area and comfortable seating in the lounge. From the dining area and lounge, patio doors lead to the outdoor kitchen area with BBQ, landscaped gardens and heated swimming pool (additional extra) with high quality sun loungers. There is external dining area and sofa in which to relax and enjoy the garden. From the entrance hallway, an impressive solid wood open staircase leads to a further seating area with stunning sea views, terrace and two more bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms. Within just a couple of minutes you can walk to the cliffs and enjoy the stunning walks including the Seven Hanging Valleys trail. There is a traditional Portuguese restaurant which you can walk to easily and also Carvoeiro Clube tennis.



Equipped and decorated to the highest of standards with attention to detail, this villa is ideal for families or couples alike.

A wonderful holiday at villa gondor

The villa, garden and pool are fantastic it was well equipped and provided everything we needed for a fantastic holiday. We loved the location and the balcony views were wonderful. We will definitely be back. The decking around the pool is a little tired and as a result we all had several splinters.

This is a lovely villa in an amazing location we loved Carvoeiro and would recommend it to anyone. The bedrooms are all lovely and big and the pool is probably the best in any villa I have stayed in. 2 small things, the decking around the pool needs some attention as all 3 of my children got splinters in their feet during the stay, and on the first night the room instructions which you access online did not have details of the WiFi, a pain when you are all tired, it was quickly rectified though, and overall I would recommend this villa.

Wir haben uns über Elite Rentals die Villa Gondor gemietet. Die Abwicklung und der Service hat alles unkompliziert und bestens geklappt! Auch der Wäschewechsel und die kleine Reinigung gingen unkompliziert über die Bühne! Das Haus war wie auf den Bildern sehr schick eingerichtet und voll ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Der Terrassenboden war sehr verwittert und unsere Kinder haben sich Spriessen geholt!

Beyond expectations

Mato Serrao was exceptional! My family of 6 (including me, my wife and 4 adult daughters) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is an absolutely beautiful setting with an amazing home / structure. Would stay there again in a second. A short walk to a beautiful cliff-side walk and a short drive to pick up food / provisions for meals. We loved it.

We love this villa

This villa is just fantastic. It’s spacious, modern & very tastefully decorated. We were due to stay only a week & move on to a different villa but when we arrived there we were so underwhelmed in comparison to villa Gondor we moved heaven & earth to cancel & were fortunately able to secure the second week. It’s such a lovely place & we’ve been blissfully happy here. The location is perfect for us between Carvoeiro & ferragudo - you do need a car though.... We will definitely be coming back though. Thanks Kate!
