GaliaHomes invites you to stay in this family friendly complex situated within walking distance to carvoeiro center, the beaches and amenities. We rent 18 apartments in Vila Nova complex. Each apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen, sitting rom with the dining area, satellite TV and free WI-FI. A ground floor apartment has a front private terrace with dining table and chairs. There is a private garden with the BBQ and eating area on the back of the apartment. The communal pool area is equipped with sun lounges and sun umbrellas. There is also WI-FI by the pool/restaurant/bar areas. The first floor apartments have a roof terrace with BBQ and a front terrace for outside dining. Some apartments are air-conditioned and it's on request and extra. Cable TV and free WI-FI. There is a large communal pool with smaller children pool, children’s playground with lawns in the complex. Free WI-FI can be used by the pool or at the pool bar/restaurant free. Sun lounges, umbrellas are provided at the pool area. There is a snooker table at the restaurant, computer with internet access at the reception (at extra cost), children playground with lawns. A baby cot and a folded bed for a child under age of 12 can be provided on request. Vila Nova is in a very quiet residential area away from the busy roads and it is extremely safe for children. There is a large pool surrounded by lawns with separate children's pool and play area, small informal restaurant, pool bar, mini market, and full on site reception facilities. Our guests can use WI-FI free at the restaurant and pool area during the day. There is also an internet spot at the reception at extra cost. There are a few restaurants, bars within easy walk from the Complex. In winter months November- March electricity is extra to be paid according to electric meter directly to us.

Great Family Holiday

This was a perfect spot for our last family holiday as a 4. The kids loved the pool and good food, service for drinks also very good. A 15 minute stroll down to Carveiro which has fantastic restaurants and a great beach. We will be back :)

Pour visiter l'Algarve, l'emplacement est au centre. Corveiro est un beau village d'où on peut randonner sans toucher la voiture

A wonderful holiday

We returned this year after staying here last year, the property & whole complex suited us v well as we have 2 young children. The apartments are spacious with good outside space. The pool area is fantastic with a small childrens pool & a play park. The on-site restaurant is superb with great choices especially fresh fish & children’s menu. The waiting staff are all really helpful & friendly. I would definitely recommend this property. We are already planning next years trip back.

Stay arranged by Galia Homes and their communication was excellent. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The apartment we had was quite traditional in the living area, the kitchen was modern and contemporary. Only gripe is that the bathrooms were tired and in need of refurbishment. The pool area was very good, with beds and brollies available as long as you up early to place a towel. The staff at Vila Nova were superb and the food at the restaurant excellent. Overall would definitely recommend Vila Nova

Why they chose this property

Our team is working locally and can be reached by phone, which number we’ll provide. Before your arrival, we’ll email you the directions to the resort and the details regarding access to your holiday home. Should you arrive after working hours we’ll leave a key in the small key safe and email you the code in advance. Normally the check-in time is after 14H. Should you arrive early we’ll communicate with you to find the best possible solution. Our emergency number is available for 24 hours. To ensure you enjoy relaxing, stress-free holidays we’ll provide you with the house rules, emergency and taxi services phone numbers. We can organize airport transfer at additional cost and help you with the car rental.

What makes this property unique

We reserve the right to charge higher levels of a breakage deposit for young groups.
This deposit will be held against any damage or breakages incurred during the rental period and will be returned on your departure providing no breakages have occurred. 
We reserve the right to charge extra breakage deposit for young/same sex groups. €100 per person is to be paid on arrival in cash.

Should any breakages or extra cleaning require on your departure day we reserve the right to hold on your deposit until the problem sorted and paid for. In this case the rest of your deposit will be sent to you by bank transfer within two weeks after your departure.

It's nothing personal. We had great groups of young people who respected the villas but unfortunately, we also had bad experiences.

No parties or inviting any other guests are allowed in our villas.

Please let me know your party's age and if you agree with our terms we shall be happy to accommodate you.
