There are several well-known links golf courses at Old Hunstanton, Brancaster & Cromer and for sailing you have excellent facilities at Brancaster Staithe and the marshes at Titchwell are renowned for their opportunities for bird watching.
A private staircase leads you to the 1st floor of the property which contains a spacious living room, kitchen/diner, bathroom and separate shower room. The 2nd floor has two bedrooms, bedroom 1 king size bed, bedroom 2 has 3 single beds. There is a large shared garden (approx 1/2 acre) with patio for general use.
