Villa with availability of up to 14 beds.
The rooms equipped with all services, with private bathroom for exclusive use and spectacular views of Lake Lecco and Como. At guests' disposal a living room, a reading room, an equipped kitchen, various gardens on multiple levels, smart TV - Wi fi, terrace / solarium with deckchairs and umbrella, two relaxation areas in the garden, barbecue and free parking upon reservation. while the garage is subject to charges.
IMPORTANT: THIS ACCOMMODATION DOES NOT HAVE A KITCHEN.
Villa, which belonged to the Milanese aristocracy, also hosted Prince Raimondo Lanza di Trabia during his summer holidays. Very suggestive, with terraced gardens, from where you can admire a unique panorama.
At guests' disposal the various gardens and the large terrace where you will be enchanted by the splendid view of the lake, at your disposal for moments of relaxation, meditation and romantic occasions.
The terrace and the garden could be shared.
The Villa is located in the center of the village and a short distance from the beaches and the tourist port where you can embark to visit Lake Lecco and Como. Along the various paths Including the famous Sentiero del Viandante adjacent to the villa for trekking and admiring the surrounding woods and about 400 meters away there are tennis and soccer fields, upon reservation.
The Bistrò next to the Villa offers typical Valtellina dishes, or a 3-minute walk away is the MILANO restaurant.
The supermarket can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, while the bus stop is only 150 meters away, from where you can reach all the locations in a few minutes. You can also watch falconry shows in the nearby Vezio castle, which belonged to Queen Teodolinda, or water sports, such as water skiing, sailing, canoeing, fishing and for the more daring, paragliding.

Views were wonderful but it’s a LONG way from the station
The property and views were wonderful and Mr. Luigi was fantastic. PLEASE do yourself a favor and enter the address into Google or Apple Maps and DO NOT rely on the map within the VRBO app. It is wrong. This Villa is up the hill in Perledo and not very accessible walking. We made due but it was certainly not where VRBO leads you to believe it is.
