The larger house accommodates up to 6 people, offering three bedrooms, a living room with fireplace and TV, kitchen, and dining room. One bathroom is furnished as a relaxation area with a Finnish sauna. Villa Malini seamlessly blends new rustic-style furniture with lovingly restored antique pieces. Both houses offer modern amenities, including Max TV and free Wi-Fi. Air-conditioning is available in both houses, along with two parking spaces.

Encircled by authentic Istrian stone walls, Villa Malini's numerous stone terraces are adorned with flowers and Mediterranean plants, creating a picturesque setting. The beautifully landscaped courtyard features a refreshing 9x4.5m pool with counter-current swimming and a children's pool with overflow. Guests can utilize the outdoor fireplace for family and friends' barbecues.
