Washing machine and tumble dryer in owners’ house (shared). Lawned garden with patio and garden furniture. 2 small or 1 medium sized dog welcome. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Just a brief two-minute drive away lies the picturesque village of Crowcombe, where you’ll find the welcoming local pub, a charming church, and a well-stocked village shop with a convenient post office.
The immediate access from Crowcombe to the breathtaking Quantock Hills, England’s first designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, invites you to explore the wonders of the great outdoors. It is no surprise that the Quantock Hills inspired the romantic poets Taylor Coleridge and William Wordsworth. Coleridge wrote some of his most famous poems when living in Nether Stowey, one of the Quantock Villages, in a property now owned by the National Trust.
The comfortable bedroom features a super kingsize bed. The spacious en-suite shower room boasts a double shower cubicle. The living/dining area is well-appointed with a kitchenette. Both the bedroom and the living area open onto a delightful sundeck with a table and chairs, where you can savour your morning coffee while taking in the picturesque garden and the expansive open countryside.
Should your outdoor adventures leave you with wet clothes and muddy boots, fear not, as the owners’ house provides a dedicated space with a washing machine and tumble dryer at your disposal.
