About this property
Gorgeous Lake Havasu and Mountain Views
This is one of the most desired views in Parker, AZ with gorgeous views of Lake Havasu and the grandeur of the mountains. This newly furnished home has all of the comforts and amenities you would expect while away on vacation or escaping the bitter winter.
Enjoy the conveniences of home with all new appliances and in house laundry room. Enjoy all your favorite shows on he 65” High Definition TV, Wi-Fi, Dish Network TV, and Bluetooth Sound Bar. Enjoy your favorite Sirius XM stations as you relax in our well appointed home. This offering has weekend, weekly, and monthly options with excellent access to the lake or the 17-mile stretch of the Colorado River with outstanding fishing on both.
If you fancy trying your luck at The Blue Water Casino or the 5 star Emerald Canyon Golf Course there are endless things to keep you occupied year round. If you’re an outdoor enthusiast, off-roader, or hiker this location offers everything imaginable. Let’s not forget about all the other offerings this great state has to offer such as Sedona, Flagstaff, Prescott, Scottsdale, and of course the world famous Grand Canyon, Painted Desert and Petrified Forest. Also, named after an early explorer of the region, Bill Williams is a relatively short, but scenic and interesting river in a little-known area of Arizona - it flows from Alamo Reservoir through the wild Buckskin Mountains in the west central part of the state and joins the Colorado River at Lake Havasu, just above Parker Dam. The lower stretches, reachable by road, are wide, and the river meanders across a tree-lined valley, protected as a National Wildlife Refuge mainly because of the many species of birds found there. The upper part is rather different as here the waters flow through a narrow, pathless canyon where sheer cliffs and rocky terraces alternate with sandbanks along the edge while deep pools and occasional small cascades are found along the stream way, and so exploring the river can involve an easy walk around the NWR or a rather more strenuous hike through the Sonoran desert scenery of the upper gorge. So don’t forget your binoculars, fishing gear, and of course your kayaks, canoe, or boat. Havasu Spring resort offers many conveniences for the boater and restaurant experiences for those nights you want to relax and not cook or drive to Lake Havasu City. We look forward to you enjoying are little piece of heaven.
