Fantastic location, just off Luxembourg Gardens. Easy access to everything. The apartment is very comfortable, beds super comfy. While there is cooking capability, it's not that functional in terms of space. However, easy for a light meal, breakfast or lunch. The apartment didn't provide any types of dish towels for drying dishes, so that was a bit inconvenient. I would highly recommend this apartment, and when back in Paris I would certainly stay here again.

I landed in Paris and received a phone call that the apartment was no longer available. I contacted Vrbo, and they informed me that they had spoken with the apartment owner and that my reservation was not canceled. Believing everything was settled, I headed towards the apartment, only to receive a call from Belvilla saying it had, in fact, been canceled. Belvilla, I was told, was the management company for the apartment. I explained to them that Vrbo spoke to the owner and received contradicting information. Belvilla stated that the apartment was not available and that I should not continue to it. Belvilla offered no assistance in finding a place to stay nor a credible explanation on why the paid rental agreement was terminated. Verbo was responsive and tried to assist me in finding a similar place, but being last minute, we could not find a two-bedroom unit with the amenities we expected and packed for. After several hours wasted on my mobile phone sitting on a park bench, my family settled on a hotel that was adequate but not what we needed. The lack of understanding and assistance from Belvilla was unfathomable and unconscionable. Please do not book any rentals on Vrbo if Belvilla is the management company.

Hier sind ein paar Anmerkungen. Die Wohnung an sich ist wunderschön. In der Beschreibung stand, die beiden Zimmer hätten Kingsize-Betten, was aber nicht stimmt. Es sind beides Queensize-Betten. Der Wohnung fehlen ein paar Kleinigkeiten, um sie wirklich gemütlicher zu machen, wie Haken im Badezimmer für Handtücher, eine kleine Seifenschale und der Herd. Die Badewanne hat Konvektionsfunktion, die vorhandenen Töpfe aber nicht – man kann also nicht kochen. Was unseren Aufenthalt angeht: Gleich nach unserer Ankunft wurden wir von der Nachbarin im Erdgeschoss ziemlich belästigt. Sie sprach kein Englisch und wir kein Französisch. Wie sich herausstellte, beschwerte sie sich über ein Leck im Badezimmer, das ihre Wohnung beschädigte. Schließlich kam sie mit einer anderen Nachbarin, die für uns übersetzte, zurück und klopfte an unsere Tür. Sie bat uns, nicht zu duschen. Am nächsten Tag kam ein Klempner, um das Badezimmer zu reparieren, riet uns aber, es 24 Stunden lang nicht zu benutzen. So etwas möchte man im Urlaub natürlich nicht erleben. Abgesehen davon war die Lage und Erreichbarkeit super.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment! Das Kingsize-Bett war unglaublich bequem und das Wohnzimmer perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem Tag voller Besichtigungen. Besonders gut gefiel mir der Fernseher, mit dem ich abends gemütlich entspannen konnte.

Unser Aufenthalt hier war ein Genuss. Die Wohnung war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hatte eine warme, einladende Atmosphäre. Der Esstisch eignete sich hervorragend für Familienmahlzeiten, und die Küche machte das Kochen zum Kinderspiel. Außerdem sorgte die Heizung dafür, dass wir es in den kühleren Nächten schön gemütlich hatten.

Was für ein schöner Ort! Vom Balkon aus hatte man einen herrlichen Blick auf die belebte Straße. Dank der bereitgestellten Kaffeemaschine und des Wasserkochers genossen wir dort unseren Morgenkaffee. Die Küche war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, von Kochutensilien bis hin zur Mikrowelle, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machte.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Pariser Innenstadt und ist somit ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Schlafzimmer war gemütlich mit einem bequemen Doppelbett. Die Verdunkelungsrollos sorgten für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Die Dusche hatte einen hervorragenden Wasserdruck, und das Badezimmer war sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet.

Ich habe vor Kurzem in diesem wunderschönen Apartment am Boulevard Saint-Michel gewohnt und war von der Einrichtung wirklich begeistert. Das Wohn-/Esszimmer war geräumig und ein toller Treffpunkt. Die Klimaanlage war an heißen Tagen eine echte Wohltat, und dank der voll ausgestatteten Küche konnten wir gemeinsam kochen. Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen!

Diese Unterkunft ist fantastisch für eine Gruppe! Das Doppelschlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ist eine nette Idee, und die Wohnung ist geräumig genug, damit sich jeder wohlfühlt. Der Spielbereich war ein Hit bei den Kindern und sorgte für Unterhaltung, während wir uns entspannten.
