VILLA GINEVRA - Villa Ginevra

This truly unique, house has been converted to a comfortable villa. Surrounded by olive trees, lavender flowers, rosmary and jasmine it has expensive and stunning views around over countryside to hills backdrop. The swimming pool has been placed so that guest relaxing may enjoy these from their sunbeds. and the pergola in wrought iron is ideal for “dining al fresco.” Villa Ginevra is a charming and comfortable villa and it has been completely refurbished while retaining the original style with typical stone walls, cotta ceiling and wooden beams. The house is composed of 4 apartments (4+4+4+4+ 2 sofa beds) with independent entrances but it is rented as private villa for 4 families and couples or group of friends. Villa Ginevra villa offers guests a chance to escape and relax in a really secluded environment. But if guests can bear to leave their lost valley Viterbo, Todi, Narni,Orvietoare all no more than 50 kilometres away for some inspiring day trips. The center of Roma is easily reachable in 45 minutes by train from Orte which is only 15 km. Around the property there are several naturalistic trails among the forest where it is possible to make trekking, jogging and mountain biking On request the owner organizes cooking class. Heating cost: based on consumption. Kurtaxe Visitor's tax per person per day (from 0 till 4 days) 1,5 euro.
