"IL POGGIO DEGLI ULIVI is nestled among the green hills located in the south east of Umbria between beautiful towns such as Amelia, Todi, Narni, Orvieto. Surrounded by a garden of olive trees and flowers. The rooms are furnished according to the classic peasant taste typical of the region and each room of the tourist complex is equipped with kitchen, air conditioning (5 euros extra per night) heating, flat screen TV, fridge, toilet. Guests will have access to the parking area, the games room, the swimming pool, the large garden. In addition, every weekend we organize for those wishing to participate in outdoor activities typical of our land, such as horseback riding or tours in local farms.
The Villa is composed of n. 4 independent rooms of about 38 sq m (with kitchen) + n. 1 independent room of 20sqm + n. 1 Hall / Tavern of approx. Sqm with kitchenette and bathroom + Hobby Room with Billiards + Ping Pong + Table football + Swimming pool with 5x10 scale located in the countryside - ideal geographical context - very quiet - Completely renovated - also possibility of daily stay - discounted rates in length of stay.
All rooms are INDEPENDENT, (you can also rent 1 room for 2/3 people).

The rooms are furnished according to the classic peasant taste typical of the region and each room in the tourist complex is equipped with kitchen, air conditioning, heating, flat screen TV, fridge, toilet.

It was a nice stay, there were more neighbours than expected however and the rooms and especially the pool area could have been cleaner. Additionally, the kitchen equipment could have been better/newer.

Mooie woning maar wel aan een grondige opknapbeurt toe

De woning heeft heel wat te bieden: heel ruime woning met grote kamers met airco, groot zwembad en veel ontspanningsmogelijkheden voor jong en oud (voetbaltafel, pingpong, biljart). De woning was niet echt proper bij aankomst en is zowel buiten als binnen aan opfrissing toe (douches, hoofdkeuken, rond het zwembad, …). In de buurt kunnen mooie uitstappen gemaakt worden (raften, Spoleto, Narni, Rome, Terni, …). Communicatie met de conciërge kan enkel in het Italiaans.

Bellissima casa in posizione strategica per visitare alcuni dei principali siti turistici nei dintorni. È l'ideale per gruppi numerosi. Abbiamo trovato tutto ordinato e pulito, siamo stati accolti in modo davvero accogliente e disponibile. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Assolutamente consigliato!

Bellissimo soggiorno, molto consigliato

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana presso la struttura con un gruppo di 14 persone e ci siamo trovati molto molto bene. La struttura è molto bella, piscina molto carina. Letizia e Claudia sono state molto disponibili e cortesi. Se siete indecisi non esitate a prenotare, vi troverete molto bene.

"Pour la deuxième année consécutive, nous avons retrouvé avec beaucoup de plaisir cette maison au milieu des oliviers et les très accueillants propriétaires.Nous avons loué avec des amis la totalité de cette demeure,à savoir 4 appartements et une chambre d''hôte. Une grande pièce équipée d''une cuisine est mise à disposition, idéale pour manger tous ensemble. Chacun a apprécié la piscine, le billard, le tennis de table,tous les services à proximité (alimentation,boulangerie,pharmacie....). La gare est à une demi-heure de route, elle permet de se rendre très facilement dans le centre de Rome et de Florence.L''Ombrie est une région à découvrir avec de magnifiques villes, Pérouse, Assise, Todi, Orvieto... Des vacances inoubliables."

I servizi offerti d'altronde non potevano che dare frutti simili: biliardo in ottime condizioni, barbecue molto utili e la disposizione della struttura nella sua globalità, che offre una vista affascinante (il vicinato poi sempre disponibile e gentile).
