Airy top-floor 2.5 bedroom apartment with spectacular views in the city centre of Birmingham. Flooded with natural light, it is situated in one of the most vibrant, colourful and attractive areas of Birmingham. The flat offers a rare chance to live in a quarter of the city plenty of restaurants, bars and shops.

The space has been decorated to high standards, comprising a spacious, bright and elegant living room with big windows, overlooking the city, two large and stylish bedrooms with comfortable, large double beds and two bathrooms (one en suite). The living room has a wall-mounted wide-screen smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a selection of teas and coffees.

The apartment is perfect for families and large groups. The apartment has two regular bedrooms with wardrobes (Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2) as well as the large hallway area. For added privacy, closing all doors will create a private space from the hallway area (see Bedroom 3). So the two bedrooms can be turned into three, each with a double bed. You will also find a comfy large sofa bed in the expansive common area (Living Room). This provides a total of four large beds, accommodating up to eight guests in four different spaces.

The parking space (height <1.9m) has to be requested at the booking stage (you will have to leave a 80£ refundable deposit for the parking fob).

Check-in is at or after 5pm and checkout before 10am unless explicitly requested and agreed on otherwise. A fee will normally apply for an early check-in and a late check-out.
