Building has history, not the fanciest, but the flat is stylish and comfy inside. Access via stairs. Perfect for groups, families, or business stays.

Welcome to our newly refurbished 3-bedroom flat in the heart of Birmingham City Centre (B15 1LD), ideally located opposite the Park Regis Hotel. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, you’ll be perfectly placed to explore the city’s top attractions.

The building itself has character and a bit of history – it’s not the most modern from the outside, but our apartment has been lovingly updated to offer comfort and style inside. Please note: access to the flat requires a set of stairs.

The team are readily available before, during and after your stay to assist

10 a.m. is our standard check-out time however, we offer a 2-hour later check-out for 12 noon, if this better suits your stay with us, for a small fee of £30, subject to availability.

There is also a fully refundable security deposit of £300, which is collected offline, we require prior to check in.

If house rules are obeyed and no damages caused, the deposit clears from your bank statement 3 - 5 working days after your check-out.

We require all guests to send a form of identification (ID), preferably a drivers license, or a passport with address proof (utility bill) to be uploaded in a third party link.

Our customer service team closes at 10 p.m., it is required that all verification is complete 24 hours prior to check in, upon last minute bookings we recommend doing this as soon as possible to avoid any disruption to your check in. Please note verification can take up to an hour to complete.

This property requires stairs to access, it is on the first floor. There are currently updates happening to the building and ongoing construction.
