Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, located on the 7th floor in the superb Parque Marbella building, in the heart of Marbella, 200m from the beach, facing West with partial sea views.

Located just behind the Constitution Park (Parque de La Constitución), so access to the beach is only a 2-minute walk. The orientation of the property is west, sunny, and with a terrace, throughout the house, so that all the bedrooms have natural light.

This apartment comprises; lift access, an entrance hall, a lounge/dining room with access to the terrace, fully fitted kitchen. Master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with hydromassage bathtub. Second bedroom with two single beds, separate bathroom with shower.

There is terrace access from the lounge, kitchen and the master bedroom. This gives partial views to the sea, good views of the mountains and the whole area west of Marbella.

🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.

❄ Private A/C centralized in the bedrooms and the living room.

🏊‍ Among the Parque Marbella´s facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round, one of them for children.

🔑 Check-in (from 4pm): the keys will be in a key box at our office. We will provide instructions prior to your arrival. Please provide an estimated arrival time at least 48h before.

👩‍✈ The community has 24 hour security.

🛌 Bed linen and a set of towels (including beach/pool towel) per guest are included in the rental price.

🚗 There is a parking space in the same building for an extra charge. To reserve, you must send us an email during office hours to check price and availability, otherwise, you will receive information about the nearest parking once the reservation is confirmed to book online.
