• Equipped with a Microwave, Kettle, Nespresso Coffee Machine with Milk Frother, Oven, Washing Machine and much more!

Bathroom:

• Fitted with a Standard sized Bath, Separate Shower, Toilet and Basin.

Featuring a Georgian-style single-glazed window and tall ceiling - this family-friendly and unique space is unlike any other in the city! You will be stunned by the sunlight that dresses the bedrooms during the day!

**Please note that a baby cot is available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay.**

Host & Stay are committed to our owners so that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge), or to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building.

Our apartments also come with a self-check-in service.

One well-behaved dog is welcome to stay at the property.

The Neighborhood:
This sensational apartment is situated in the renowned Georgian Quarter of Liverpool!

Located near St Luke's Church, known locally as 'The Bombed Out Church, this site of interest plays host to frequent events, including open-air cinemas, beer festivals, and more. Not to mention, the historic Liverpool Cathedral and The Philharmonic Hall are only steps away from here!

The Georgian Quarter area is well known for its top theatres and performance spaces, perfect for those with a creative flair.

Our apt is also close to many of Liverpool's finest restaurants, bars and cafés. Make sure you take a walk to the energetic Baltic Market that offers a range of mouthwatering cuisines from various local restaurants!

Getting Around:
The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street, just a 3-minute walk away. From here, you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

The apartment is a 17-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train.

Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.

If you're feeling a little adventurous, you can take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!

Hop on a bus to Liverpool Waterfront and stop off at The Royal Old Docks or The Tate.

If you’re a Beatlemaniac, head into Liverpool Central where you’ll find The Beatles Shop and The Beatles Story.

Other Things to Note:
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor.

Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can results in a deposit charge of £100.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.

Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at:
8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
