Great!!

We had an amazing stay. The house was even better than on the pictures! Marta was also very good and the communication with her was outstanding. Would definitely recommend the house to everyone!

Wonderful

The property and house is very nice - perfect for a relaxing family holidays with all amenities needed. Location itself is excellent too - peaceful and away from (over)crowded places, just a couple of minutes by car to the nearest village and grocery shop, all other places on Mallorca easily accessible and reachable within less then 60 minutes. Marta welcomed us nicely. She is very kind and she is answering all inquiries or mails with a couple of hours. All in all - highly recommended ! We hope to come again in the future.

Wunderschöne Finca

Herrliche Finca! Die schönste und modernste die wir auf Mallorca Jemands hatten. Sehr schönes Still. Sehr schöne Abende mit meine Frau verbracht. Mir dem Vermieter und die Agentur war die Kommunikation hervorragend. Die Lage ist top wenn man die insel oder strände erkunden möchte. Der Ort ist ziemlich abgelegen und einsam, was Ruhe und Erholung gerantiert. Pool war für uns absolut ausreichend und sauber. Für 4 Personen ist die Finca absolut ausreichend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten grossartige Tage abseits der Touristenströme in diesem wunderbaren Haus erlebt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses und des Grundstückes haben für uns nichts zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Top Gastfreundschaft vom Eigentümer und den Mitarbeitern, bei gleichzeitig hoher Privatsphäre. Wir kommen gerne wieder. We had great days away from the tourist flows in this wonderful house. The features of the house and the property left nothing to be desired. Top hospitality from the owner and the staff, while maintaining high level of privacy. We'll be back.

Ankommen, Wohlfühlen und Urlaub von der ersten Minute an genießen

Abseits von den bekannten touristischen Zentren auf Mallorca, wartete auf uns eine ländlich, in einem großen Olivenhain idyllisch gelegene Finca. Ein sehr gepflegtes, sauberes und nach heutigen modernen Standards eingerichtetes, gemütliches kleines Landhaus ließ für uns fünf erwachsene Personen keine Wünsche offen. Ganz besonders bedanken wir uns bei Marta, Mike und seiner Schwester für die unkomplizierte, außerordentlich gastfreundliche Übergabe und Einweisung in unser Urlaubsdomizil. Es war ein Urlaub ganz nach unseren Vorstellungen. Deshalb kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder.

Perfekte Ruhe- Oase

Wer absolute Ruhe sucht und dem Privatsphäre wichtig ist, der ist hier genau richtig. Sehr sauberes kleines Haus, in dem es an nichts fehlt. Ideal für die kleine Familie. Die Verwalterin Marta war sehr kompetent und immer erreichbar. Das war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub mit hohem Erholungs- Faktor.😄😎 Einzig die Platten an der Pool- Umrandung sollten befestigt werden. Das war aber schon alles, was zu bemängeln war.😉 Wir kommen wieder.........👍🏻 Viele Grüße Frank

Absolutely beautiful

We had a wonderfull week at this lovely place. The house and the surroundings are just as beautiful as presented at the photos. The kitchen is well equipped and very functional. The bedrooms have a good size, as well does the bathroom. We also very much appreciated that there was lots of storrage; both in the bedrooms for our clothes as well as for groceries in the kitchen. The outdoor area is a beautiful place to relax, and the swimmingpool is so nice. The only negative thing was the wasps around the pool. But we discovered that they need to cool down in the pool, just like us. We placed a bucket of water by the grill, and that attracted many of them away from the pool. Marta was a lovely host and answered the few questions within hours. We can highly recommend this house if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday!

Ruhig, schön, herzlich, perfekt!

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kinder) haben unseren Urlaub vom 28. Mai - 08. Juni 2018 in dieser wunderschönen Finca verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist einfach wunderbar und die Übernahme/Abgabe war sehr unkompliziert. Auch während des Aufenthaltes wurden unsere Wünsche immer unglaublich schnell erfüllt (2 Kinderstühle waren innerhalb von nur wenigen Stunden organisiert und vorbei gebracht worden). Danke Marta! Die Finca ist sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet, alles wirkt neuwertig. Der Pool und auch die Aussendusche sind perfekt für eine Abkühlung am Abend. Auf dem gesamten Grundstück ist man absolut ungestört. Das grosse Grundstück (Garten und das halbe Olivenfeld) ist durch einen Zaun begrenzt, so konnten unsere Kinder selbständig den Garten erkunden. Die vorbeiführende Strasse hat so gut wie kein Verkehr und ist nicht störend. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ist die Finca super gelegen, innerhalb von 8 Minuten ist man auf der Autobahn. Die Nord-, Ost- und Westküste sind sehr gut und schnell erreichbar. Das Wireless-Internet funktionierte einwandfrei. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Traumurlaub in Traumunterkunft

Wir waren mit zwei Pärchen in dem Haus. Es ist tatsächlich noch schöner, als auf den Bildern. Alles war in sehr hellen Tönen gehalten, die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet mit einer Kaffemaschine, einer Dolce Gusto, Spülmaschine, Pfannen, Saftpresse etc. Die Schlafzimmer waren funktional und die Betten sehr bequem. Da wir vier Erwachsene waren, empfanden wir das Schlafzimmer neben dem Badezimmer als ein wenig zu klein für all unsere Sachen. Ich denke aber, dass der Raum super geeignet ist, wenn man als Familie mit Kindern kommt. Es ist jetzt auch nicht superstörend gewesen, wir haben das praktisch gelöst mit den vielen vielen Schubläden im Badezimmer und ehrlicherweise waren wir auch tatsächlich nur zum schlafen im Schlafzimmer. Das Badezimmer ist geräumig mit moderenen Möbeln und die bodentiefe Dusche wird schnell warm und hat einen ordentlichen Druck. Der Wohn/-Essbereich war wie erwähnt sehr gut ausgestattet und wirklich schön. Der Hammer war allerdings der Außenbereich. So grünen Rasen wünschen wir uns Zuhause vergeblich. Es gibt einen Carport und einen Grillplatz, verschiedenste Sitzmöglichkeiten und Sonnenliegen, zudem 3 Sonnenschirme, die viel Schatten spenden. Der Pool ist einfach fantastisch. Es gab praktisch keinen Tag, an dem wir nicht wenigstens eben schnell da reingesprungen sind. Die Blumen, die Olivenbäume, der Mandelbaum auf der Wiese - all das macht das Haus noch schöner. Man kommt sich vor, als wäre man nur umgeben von Natur und Stille. Wir haben ganze Tage nur auf dem Grundstück verbracht, weil es so schön und so erholsam war, dass wir gar kein Bedürfnis verspürten, wegzufahren. Dennoch ist man in 10min in Inca und der nächste Eroski-Supermarkt ist ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt. Von der Lage her, war es einfach perfekt. 25min nach Palma und 50min in den Süden zu den schönsten Badebuchten. Marta und Mike waren beide so freundlich, hilfsbereit und unaufdringlich, wie man es sich nur wünschen kann. Das Haus ist in einem super sauberen, neuwertigen, gepflegten Zustand. 1x in der Woche kommt ein Gärtner, der sich auch um den Pool kümmert. Wir haben ihn aber nur kurz gesehen, da wir an dem Tag nach Palma fuhren. Wir waren sehr glücklich an diesem Ort und hatten einfach eine fantastische Zeit. Wir hoffen sehr, dass wir wiederkommen dürfen, denn es fühlte sich am Ende schon an, als wäre es unser Zuhause geworden. Wir danken Marta und Mike für diese wundervolle Zeit. Behaltet Eure Fröhlichkeit, denn sie ist ansteckend. Danke.

Sehr erholsam

Das Haus ist ausstattungsmäßig auf höchstem Niveau, es ist auch alles sehr neu und sauber. Auch wenn man während des Aufenthalts zusätzliche Wünsche hat (wie z.B. zusätzliche Stühle für die Terrasse für Besuch), bekommt man schnell eine Antwort von Marta und es wird alles in die Wege geleitet. Zur Erholung ist das Haus und der Außenbereich fantastisch: Man hat so viel Ruhe und Privatsphäre und auch der Pool ist top!Wir hatten dort tolle Flitterwochen!

Fantastic place

We loved the place Mike has place on his land in the midst of the Olive trees and vineyards. Mike and Marta were very friendly and really made our stay very pleasant. The house has everything you need and is very clean and neat. Our kids loved the pool and the grass field in the garden. It was a very nice and relaxing place to come back to after a trip to the city of Palma, the nice markets or the beach. Would definitely recommend staying there, we already booked again for next year!

Wir sind verliebt...

... diese kleine Finca ist ein Traum. Lage perfekt- Nähe Autobahn, Anwesen in mitten von Olivenbäumen und super ruhig, Anlage super gepflegt, Ausstattung alles neu und alles da. Das Ankommen war durch Martha sehr herzlich. Alles ist stimmig von A-Z und wir vier haben uns dort super wohl gefühlt. Immer wieder gerne. Danke!!:-)

Todo fantástico
