Finca Ca'n Calona, ​​is a special place to relax and enjoy the landscape of the Serra de Tramuntana and the beautiful sunsets.
You can also enjoy swimming in the private saltwater pool, chlorine free, with its dimensions of 8mx4m.
On the solarium terrace you can rest on the outdoor bed and sunbathe on the sun loungers.
The house is located in a fully fenced 7000m2 farm where children can play freely.
The farm is away from urban noise, but very close to the towns of Caimari and Selva, 1 km away. There are supermarkets, shops, pharmacies and good restaurants where you can have lunch or dinner.
It is a typical Mallorcan house, made of stone, renovated and decorated with charm and has everything you need to make your stay perfect:
WIFI and TV Smart TV.
Air conditioning in the rooms.
Sheets, bath, pool and beach towels.

Séjour parfait

Une maison magnifique, dans un cadre idyllique. Cristina très à l’écoute et disponible.Maison très bien équipée.La localisation permet de découvrir l’île en voiture de part et d’autre avec maximum 45 minute de route. Nous avons adoré !

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Finca ist mit allem ausgestattet und besonders hat uns das große Grundstück gefallen. Man kann super draußen im Schatten sitzen und den umwerfenden Ausblick genießen oder man springt in den herrlichen Pool zur Abkühlung oder schwingt sich mit einem Buch in die Hängematte. Wir haben wirklich alles genossen. Danke liebe Christina und Toni,wir kommen definitiv wieder!

We hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad! Het huis was prachtig, van alle gemakken voorzien en het privézwembad maakte het helemaal af. Vooral het uitzicht was adembenemend, elke ochtend wakker worden met zo’n panorama is echt bijzonder.Het verblijf ligt bij Selva, een charmant en rustig dorpje met gezellige restaurantjes waar je heerlijk kunt eten. De locatie is perfect als je op zoek bent naar rust, maar toch de rest van het eiland wilt verkennen. Houd er wel rekening mee dat een auto noodzakelijk is om je goed te kunnen verplaatsen.Al met al een fantastische plek voor een ontspannen vakantie. Wij komen zeker graag nog een keer terug!

Entspannter Aufenthalt in wunderbarer Umgebung

Wir haben als Familie einen super entspannten und tollen Urlaub in Ca'n Calona verbracht. Das Ferienhaus liegt super zentral und sehr ruhig auf Mallorca und bietet so den idealen Ausgangspunkt, um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel gut erreichen zu können. Sehr zu empfehlen!!

Finca with wonderful view

Lovely garden with view over the pool to the mountains. Wonderful countryside. Ideal for hiking and cycling trips. No traffic noise, only sound of animals. Well equipped, clean, good WLAN. Excellent support by our hosts.

Sehr schöne Finca

Wir, meine Frau und ich, haben 2 Wochen auf dieser wunderschönen Finca verbracht. Es hat im Haus an nichts gefehlt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Klimaanlage hat für die nötige Abkühlung gesorgt. Ein Traum war der Pool bei der großen Hitze. Die Aussicht auf das Dorf Caimari und die Berge sind toll. Ein schöner Urlaub für Leute die Ruhe suchen. Danke Toni für deine Gastfreundschaft! Toni war stets erreichbar und immer hilfsbereit.

Wunderschöne kinderfreundliche Unterkunft

Alles war super. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos und easy und sehr freundlich. Das Spielhaus war perfekt für unsere 3jährige. Der Pool ist sauber und angenehm für warme Tage. An kalten Tagen und in der Nacht kann es drinnen kühl werden aber mit dem Kamin war es dann doch gemütlich. Alles in allem wirklich super und weiterzuempfehlen.

A lovely quiet 2 weeks

We enjoyed a lovely 2 weeks at the property. If you’re looking for somewhere away from the hustle and bustle, this would be ideal. Yet it’s well located to get pretty much anywhere on the island with a car.

Magnifique !

Séjour magnifique à Majorque! Nous avons énormément apprécié le calme de la villa, le paysage, le coucher de soleil sur la montagne, la piscine. Les premières plages sont à 30 min de voiture. Nous reviendrons certainement pour y faire du vélo !

Tolle Finca

Die Finca mit Pool war für uns eine super Unterkunft mit allem Komfort den man sich wünscht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auto ist aber erforderlich. Die Unterkunft ist ohne Einschränkungen zu empfehlen.

Tolle Lage

Die Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Berge ist wirklich ideal, die Aussicht sehr idyllisch. Hundegebell in der Nacht und das Krähen von Hähnen gehören zur Lage auf dem Land dazu. Kommunikation und Check-In/-Out waren völlig unproblematisch. Wir konnten die Zeit genießen. Vielen Dank!

Dreamy location and beautiful house

We had a wonderful stay here. We all enjoyed the swimming pool and the view of the surrounding mountains was absolutely idyllic. The house was immaculately clean and we had everything we needed for a brilliant and relaxing stay. Communication with Cristina and Toni was very easy and straightforward, making the arrival process effortless. Our children loved the bunk beds and saying hello to the goats at the farm next door. We would highly recommend staying here!

Lovely finca in the countryside

Had a great week at C’an Colona. The finca is very comfortable, clean, well equipped and has a good dining and seating area outside as well as plenty of space inside, plus a good sized pool. Toni and Christina kept in touch via WhatsApp to check we were happy and the whole process was very straightforward. We will certainly consider revisiting when we next holiday in Mallorca

Great house with a stunning view

We had a great week in this beautifully situated country house. Everything was taken care of, we got the directions from the airport to the house one week before arrival. House was easy to find by means of coordinates. Got good instructions how to enter the property and house. Nice pool although the wetter was not good enough in our week to use it a lot.

Traumhafte Finca

Man kann es kurz zusammenfassen: eine traumhafte Unterkunft für einen entspannten Urlaub auf Mallorca. Ländlich gelegen mit einem atemberaubenden Blick (v.a. bei Sonnenaufgang oder -untergang) auf das Tramuntana-Gebirge. Perfekter Standort um schnell in alle Winkel der Insel zu kommen. Das Haus sowie dessen Einrichtung sind sehr gut gepflegt und gut ausgerüstet (Küchengeräte, Geschirr, ...). Wöchentliche Reinigung und Wechsel von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche. Sehr unkomplizierte und schnelle Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden die Finca Ca'n Calona jederzeit wieder buchen!

traumhafte Finca

Die Finca von Cristina und Toni ist einfach wunderschön. Wir haben unsere Ferienwoche unheimlich genossen. Die Finca ist genau so wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Alles ist sehr sauber und traditionell modern eingerichtet. In der Küche hat nichts gefehlt. Der Pool war perfekt sauber. Die anfänglichen Bedenken wegen des Salzwasserpools sind beim ersten Tauchgang verflogen, der Salzgehalt ist so gering, absolut auch für Kinder geeignet. Das Grundstück mit seinen 7000 Quadratmeter ist so groß, dass man absolut unbeobachtet und für sich allein ist. Wer Ruhe und eine gut ausgestattete Finca sucht hat hier das perfekte Objekt.

A perfect, relaxing holiday.

We had the most relaxing stay at Ca’n Calona. It was immaculately clean and beautifully presented. The surroundings were perfect for a peaceful stay and we loved listening to the goats next door whilst enjoying the view. The kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment we needed to cook our meals in - we were too reluctant to leave the most perfect view to venture out!! We did our “big shop” in Inca and then picked up our “bits” in Caimari or Selva - everything was easily accessible with the hire car. Cristina and Toni were fabulous hosts. The storm that hit on our first day caused a little problem with the electrics, but Toni arrived with the electrician within an hour. They ensured the problem was fixed and made sure they checked everything was ok in the days after. They couldn’t have been more helpful and we were so grateful. In summary, if you’re looking for total relaxation in the most beautiful surroundings - this is the place for you!

EINZIGARTIG!!

Vorweg muss ich erwähnen, das ich Fincaerprobt bin. Mit über 30 Besuchen auf Mallorca kenne ich mich gut aus!! Selva ist eine wunderbare schöne Ecke, die Finca liegt ruhig,aber nicht weit weg, von Geschäften und Restaurants. Kommen wir zur Finca: der Check in klappte problemlos, der Drücker für das tor war im kästchen mit code. Ebenso für die Haustür. Die Finca hatte alles: Schirme und strandtücher, pooltücher und sehr schön auch . der Willkommensgruß, Wein, Wasser, und olivenöl. Alles war sauber, nach einer Woche wurde durchgereinigt mit bettwäschewechsel. Die Finca ist entzückend. Hier wurde Wert auf Tradition und Moderne gelegt. Überall findet man liebenswerte Kleinigkeiten, die die Handschrift des Hausbesitzers tragen. Die Kommunikation mit Christina war unglaublich schnell. Per WhatsApp war sie immer erreichbar. Auch die Reinigungskraft zu erwähnen, die alles tip top gemacht hat.!! Eine tolle Finca, die ich auf jeden Fall wieder buchen werde!

Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen in einer wunderschönen Finca, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man so braucht. Der Blick auf Caimari und auf das Gebirge sind ganz wunderbar. Wer gerne Rennrad fährt, hat hier zudem einen perfekten Ausgangspunkt. Aber auch wenn man für sich sein möchte und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Da die Finca eher ländlich gelegen ist, waren auch täglich verschiedene bellende Hunde zu hören. Toni war immer super hilfsbereit, sofort erreichbar oder auch vor Ort. Für uns war alles perfekt. Danke!
