Villino Blu Alex is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday. It is located 250–300 metres from the crystal-clear, clean sea and a white-sand beach, which can be reached on foot or by bike via a pleasant, shaded path within the village that runs alongside a small stream populated by ducks and various wild birds. It is 25 minutes from Villasimius and 10 minutes from Cagliari.
It is located within a residential village with video surveillance and a security guard, in a quiet residential setting featuring green spaces and free parking near the property. At the entrance to the village, during the summer season, there is a supermarket with an attached bar, and in the immediate vicinity, in the town of TORRE DELLE STELLE, you’ll find a supermarket, restaurants and pizzerias,
a pharmacy, an urgent care clinic, and even a church.
The property consists of a master bedroom, a second small bedroom with two single beds, and we also have a travel cot available for a small child and a high chair. The bathroom with shower was completely renovated in 2023. There is also a kitchen-dining area and a relaxation area with a sofa, air conditioning, microwave, espresso machine, kettle, free Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, hair straightener, and hair dryer.
Outside, there is a patio where you can dine al fresco and spend your days in complete relaxation.
The house is surrounded by a garden on three sides with a tall hedge to ensure privacy and seclusion. There’s a barbecue for grilling and an outdoor shower. Outside, on one side of the garden, there is a small shed used as a laundry area/storage room with a washing machine. Additionally, beach umbrellas and lounge chairs are available for our guests on the property.
