Stunning 2 bedroom villa with private pool 5m x 3m approx. (sole use ) and just a short stroll to the beautiful beach . The garden area is private, fully enclosed, and equipped with a stone-built barbecue and patio furniture. Terrace with panoramic views of the sea for alfresco dining. This villa is on a small panoramic residential complex and is finished to a high standard throughout with all modern amenities. Tastefully decorated, fully furnished, fitted kitchen, air conditioning, accommodation consisting of living-dining room, with panoramic sea views, and amazing sunsets in the evening One king size bedroom, one twin bedroom with small double and single bed, cot and highchair also available. Parking directly outside the villa. It is just a 5 min stole to the beach, close to a village, and 25 minutes from Cagliari .
