This villa offers a spacious and nice veranda furnished with garden furniture and enjoying views of the garden and of the swimming-pool.
Distances: Terrasini with all kinds of shops 1 km away, Mondello with nice beaches 20 km, Palermo 30 km, Segesta 35 km away.
At guests disposal: nice, well-kept garden, private swimming-pool (5 x 10 m), barbecue. The villa provides air-conditioning (to be paid extra according to consumption), TV and washing-machine.
Parking within the grounds.
Extra Services: Baby bed and high-chair available on request (payment on site).

Upon request it is possible to rent an outbuilding for 2 persons.

Ground floor: large, bright living-room with fireplace, dining area and kitchen corner (freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwaves), double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi shower.
1st floor: double bedroom, 2 bedrooms each with a single bed, bathroom with shower.

Arrival between 16:00 and 20:00
Departure between 08:00 and 10:00
