Modern Villa with lots of character PLUS additional small Guest Villa next door. Both properties are renovated with contemporary facilities and suitable for extended families.
STRICT POLICY. The property is offered to Family groups or Seniors only. Strictly no Stag, Hen or other parties, nor groups of young persons. The lead Guest must be minimum 40 years old.

Paul do Mar restaurants and beach 7 to 8 minutes
Calheta Marina, restaurants and Beach 12 to 15 minutes.
As experienced accommodation providers, we welcome Guests from all over the World. But we are conscious to restrict the occupation of the premises to Family groups or groups of Seniors, in order to be most appropriate for this area.

Check Out time is 10am please. There are Guests coming in after you. The Pool man may arrive at 9am.

Unused Food & Drink can be left for the Housekeepers to deal with.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
