New for 2024! This fabulous little ground floor apartment is located in Llenaire, Puerto Pollensa.
La Perla is a gated newly built complex just 400 metres from the beach and walking distance to some excellent restaurants, bars and a Spar supermarket
La Perla has a large, beautiful swimming pool, sunbathing zone with loungers and a lawned area - ideal for children.
The apartment has two bedrooms (one double and a twin) and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a washing machine and terrace for drying clothes/beach towels.
The living space is open plan with a large Smart TV and free Wi-Fi. Also, brand new air conditioning throughout the apartment ensures a good night's sleep after a day by the pool or at the beach.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, microwave, electric hob, fridge and all the key cooking essentials. Off the kitchen is a small, handy terrace, where four people can eat or enjoy a refreshing drink.
