Enjoy your summer vacation on your private dock that opens to the beautiful Barnegat Bay. This waterfront, 3 bedrooms, 1.5-bath home has a full kitchen, open dining and living area, and only a short drive or boat ride to Seaside Heights. The house has water views from the front and back with a bird sanctuary providing stunning views to enjoy sunsets.
Step out the back to a large spacious deck that overlooks an extra-wide lagoon with 60 feet of dock to accommodate your boat or jet ski. The house is close to several waterfront restaurants and a short walk to local Butler Beach and an adjacent marina to rent kayaks or stand-up paddleboards. The John C. Bartlett, Jr. County Park at Berkeley Island is five minutes away and features a family-oriented spray park, playground, walking paths, small picnic areas, bait stations, and more.
