VILLA ROSSANA – SYRACUSE AREA
Located just a few steps away from the stunning crystal waters of the Plemmirio Nature Reserve area, villa Rossana offers privacy in a peaceful environment. With a private swimming pool and gorgeous sea views, the property is just a few minutes’ drive from Syracuse and its enchanting historic centre, within a short drive to the sandy beaches of Arenella and Fontane Bianche, the Vendicari nature reserve, the sea villages of Marzamemi and Portopalo and the baroque towns of Noto, Modica, Scicli and Ragusa Ibla.

The villa is split between a main house and an annex.

MAIN HOUSE:
On the ground floor, accessed from the outside, we find a playroom and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, we find the living area, a large and spacious open plan room with sofas, dining table with chairs. Through a door we access the modern kitchen with more seating area. There is one double bedroom here, one bathroom with shower and a terrace.
On the second floor we have one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one bathroom with shower.
Please note that there are no internal stairs between the ground floor and the first floor.

ANNEX:
Here, we find one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and a small terrace, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and a patio.

Outside, the villa has a large covered patio with table and chairs for al-fresco dining and a private swimming pool (10x7m; 1.2 – 1.8m deep; open from April 1st to November 15th) with sun lounges and umbrella.
