Villa Aberesh is a stylish villa with a private garden and swimming pool. The villa is set in the Chianti wine region of Tuscany between Florence and Siena. Part of a 20-acre estate with three private villas (separated by high hedgerows), the villa can be rented on its own or with the two other villas, sleeping up to 37 in total. The small village of Panzano is just a short walk away, where you can find supermarkets and a weekly market. The villa is also perfectly located for exploring local vineyards and wineries as well as the famous towns of Florence, Siena and San Gimignano, which are within an hour’s drive away by car.

The 400 square metre villa develops over two levels.

The main entrance is on the ground floor where you will find a large, open plan living space with doors that open onto the terrace. There is a large kitchen/dining area (with a table and chairs), a large seating area (with sofa seating) and an area with a smaller table and chairs. On this level you will also find two double bedrooms (with double beds) with en-suite bathrooms (with showers), one double bedroom (with double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with shower and jacuzzi bath) and one small bathroom (with toilet).

Stairs take you to the upper floor where you will find four double bedrooms (with double beds) with en-suite bathrooms (with showers).

Outside, the villa is set in extensive grounds with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Here you will find a large garden with a private swimming pool (16m x 6m), a sun terrace (with sun loungers), an outside dining area (with large table and chairs), a covered seating area and a barbecue.
