About this property

Historic Villa In The Tuscany Hills With Swimming Pool

Villa Belmonte, historical dwelling dating back to 1300, has been transformed from a family home into a luxury residence for leisure and relax stays and business travels.

The villa has maintained, deliberately, the intimacy of a home, but with a careful and meticulous research in the details, which allows customers to savor past emotions and enjoy the whole stay with the comfort of their own home.

The rooms, bright and spacious, are furnished each in a different way, with the typical characteristics of the land of Tuscany, from the original brick used in the area, frescoes, fireplaces and antiques, that warm the atmosphere.

Upon customer's request, in the swimming pool area can be served lunches and evening cocktails. The villa is also provided with a winter garden, where guests can relax, reading a good book and a terrace, set on the Tuscany hills, where they can taste a good glass of Chianti wine by candlelight.
