Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Clean all dirty dishes and empty dishwasher. Ensure that all windows and exterior doors are fully closed and locked. If highchair is used, please wipe down and return to its stored location.
If you have used the travel cot, please put used both mattress sheets with the towels in the bath, fold away the cot as found and return to its stored location.
Please return all patio cushions to the outside storage boxes and under the stairs. If you have used the parasols please collapse down and return them to their stored locations inside the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet Hours: 21:00pm - 08:00am Please pick up any fouling from your dog. Do not walk over the plants or allow dogs to dig in the garden.

We had a great week staying here. The house was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well equipped, which made it easy to settle in straight away. There was plenty of space for a family, and the garden was a really nice extra.The welcome hamper was a lovely surprise and a really thoughtful touch — definitely the icing on the cake.The location is ideal, just a couple of minutes’ walk to Weymouth Harbour, so everything was close at hand. Having two parking spaces was extremely convenient and we hardly needed to use the cars.A very easy and enjoyable stay, and somewhere we’d happily return to and recommend.

We have always loved a creative space and try to immerse ourselves in various forms of art. There's something truly magical about taking an idea from your mind and turning it into something tangible and beautiful.

Why they chose this property

Brewers Quay, the historic Victorian brewery built in the late 1800s is located in Weymouth's harbour, which is a testament to the town's past. Here you can take a tour of the Weymouth Museum, which boasts incredible exhibitions, or watch luxury yachts sail out to sea from the lifting bridge. Stroll over the bridge to explore the town's charming streets filled with boutique shops, and continue on to the seafront esplanade and beach.

Visitors can also explore the Nothe Fort and Gardens, try their hand at various watersports along the coast, or soak up the sun at one of the nearby beaches.

Aside from Portland Castle, Portland boasts additional beaches to explore. You can also visit Chesil Beach, which is quite vast and perfect for fossil hunting among the rocks and pebbles.
