Property is clean as looks like the description. PLEASE NOTE there are several flights of steep stairs and no elevator. The windows where the fold out couch are located do not have blinds, just a sheer drape. The light is very bright when you are trying to sleep. The location had several options near by to eat and shop.

The location of the place is perfect. I wish host was better in communication, e.g she did not give me exact address when I asked her what is the exact location and Uber dropped me off at wrong door . This place does not have elevator so if you are willing to go 30 steps up it’s good work out .

The best thing about this Rental was its Location. Other than that, we had numerous issues. OThe issues started with lack of response from the property owner. Three weeks prior to check in, I reached out over five different times with no response from the owner. I had to contact VRBO, they got in contact with her, and she finally responded. But even with that, she would only give us the code to the door when we actually were in front of the door. Given her lack of response, I was afraid to go to the property only to not be able to get a hold of her. Lucky for us our driver spoke Italian and he was able to talk to her over the phone to get us into the apartment. I don’t know what we would’ve done had he not been with us. This issue alone would keep me from ever renting this apartment again.Second, this is not a three bedroom apartment. It is a one bedroom apartment, with a pullout sofa in the living room, and a pullout chair down a long hall. Cleaning - the sheets on the pullout sofa had dark hairs on them, and both bathrooms had leftover toiletries from the previous guest left in them. Steps - not mentioned in the listing, this apartment is on the second floor so you have to go up four flights of steps to get into the apartment. Which is very difficult with heavy luggage.We found the supplies to be lacking as well, we were left with one 1/2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, which barely lasted us the nights we were staying.
