This large apartment has two spacious bedrooms with queen size beds, one bedroom has two queen size sofa beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary to prepare delicious meals. In all bedrooms and in the living room/kitchen there is AC and TV.

Both bathrooms have a shower.

The neighbourhood is a colourful mix of Ancient and modern, with some of Rome's best locations for delicious aperitivos and fabulous views just around the corner!

Spacious property with plenty of room. Well equipped with good tv’s. Excellent location with some great restaurants.Apartment very dated now and in need of a good cleaning. A total overhaul of decor and amenities required. Due to state of repairs and decoration this apartment is NOT value for money-even with its good location

Perfect Location Great host!

The apartment's location is unbeatable! You'll find yourself just a short walk from the Colosseum, with countless food options and other iconic sights right at your fingertips. The entire process, from check-in to check-out, was a breeze thanks to the excellent communication from the property manager. I highly recommend this spot!

The location of the property was great. The neighborhood was quiet and close to many tourist attractions. The bedrooms were spacious, but the showers were quite small. The overall rating would have been higher if the furniture and decor were updated and the property had been deep cleaned before our arrival.

Fantastic Flat!

This location was AMAZING! 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 3 blocks from the colosseum. Clean. Well-appointed! Washer & dryer a bonus. Easy walk to Capitoline Hill. Surrounded by ancient ruins. Multiple restaurants within minutes on foot. Cappuccino across the street. I cannot recommend this location enough!

Very spacious and so close to coliseum

I booked this property with a pretty large group of 7 , age ranging from 13 - 50 , has 3 bedrooms very large and comfortable, a sufficient kitchen and large enough dining area. 2 bathrooms. The only suggestions for improvement is to have a toilet paper stand and shower candy that will make the bathroom activity more convenient. But the closeness to the colosseum , 2-5 minutes , few minutes to 24 hour grocery store , several restaurants and 7 minutes from metro station make up for all minor inconvenience. We felt safe and the apartment was a quiet 4 floor wit a very convenient elevator. I will be happy to return here, and I highly recommended.

Not up to scratch

Unfortunately this property was not great. When we arrived the apartment had not been cleaned, there was rubbish everywhere throughout the property and the linen and towels were dirty. The property managers did arrange cleaners, which meant we had to leave the property when all we wanted to do was relax on arrival. The property itself is very dated, the sofa is filthy and has rips in the covering, the linen is threadbare, the showers are too small to even turn around in (I'm 80kg and 6ft so not overweight) and water pressure is terrible and the toilet seat on one of the toilets was broken. Notwithstanding all these issues we didn't even get an apology from the property managers and in fact from the small welcome pack they left us they even took back the bottle of wine they had left when we had to leave for the cleaners. Location is pretty good but that's all there is to recommend this apartment, which is a shame as modernizing, enlarging the showers and buying new furniture would make this a fantastic place to stay.

As a matter of fact, we issued a refund for the cleaning fee, in those days we experienced a problem with the cleaning company we were working with and we have a new one now. As regards the bottle of wine, there must have been a misunderstanding. The water pressure and all other issue you entioned have been fixed. Le logement est très bien situé, à peine 10mn du métro et du Colisée. Parties communes propres et environnement extérieur sympa avec de nombreux restos. Attention, certains sont trois bien et typique et, d'autres sont d'attrapes touristes.Le logement mériterais quelques travaux avec notamment les salles de bain et un bon coup de peintures dans tout l'appartement.

Location was best here. 2 blocks from Colosseum. 3 large bedrooms, comfortable beds. 2 bathrooms were convenience but showers were a bit tiny. The only airconditonig was in the bedrooms. Would have been nice if they had a fan.

Sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung in einem ursprünglichen Viertel unweit des Colosseums. Großzüge Schlafzimmer funktionell eingerichtet. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Besonders die Lage hat uns gefallen: ruhige Straße mit Restaurants und Läden sowie Supermarkt in der Nähe. Duftende Orangenbäume vor dem Haus. Unserer Familie hat es sehr gefallen!
