Das Haus mit dem Apartment ist eine einzige Baustelle für eine Fassadenerneuerung:Balkon kann nicht genutzt wetden und Tür konnte nur einen Spalt geöffnet werden, was besonders schwer wiegt wenn die Wohnung aufgeheizt ist. Warum ich erst nach mehrfachen Nachfragen die Infos zim Zugang der Wohnung bekommen hab ist nicht nachvollziehbar.Die Wohnung ist in Teilen marode: Aufgequollene Küchen - Arbeitsplatte, runterhängende Türen, rostige Toilettenpapierhalter, Schimmelecken an der Badewanne. Die ausziehbare Schlafcouch ist zum schlafen ungeignet. Ausserdem wurden diese nicht gesäubert genauso wie der Tisch und die Gläser!

Innen hui, Außen pfui

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen, die ist geräumig, sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, daher sehr angenehm und schön. Leider war aber das Gebäude von Außen komplett eigerüstet und wir haben 1 Stunde gebraucht um den Eingang zu finden. So etwas muß vorher kommuniziert werden, denn hinter dem Gerüst kann man nichts sehen und die zugeschickten Bilder helfen einem nicht weiter. Auch in der Wohnung gab es Probleme, der Geschirrspüler funktionierte nicht und der Abfluss im Spühlbecken war total verstopft, daher war das Geschirrspülen sehr schwierig. Haben die Vermieterin diesbezüglich angeschrieben, aber es gab keinerlei Reaktionen, wir mussten uns selbst helfen. Haben auch die Zugangsdaten nicht vorher zugeschickt bekommen, mussten die Vermieterin anrufen und erst dann wurden die Informationen zugeschickt, leider sehr ungenau, ohne Hinweise auf das eingerüstete Gebäude und den versteckten Eingang, es war abenteuerlich. Können daher die Wonung leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
