Beautiful views, average villa

The villa sits in the foothills of the Alps and has beautiful views all around it. Nice clean pool which all the children (ages 10 - 17) thoroughly enjoyed and the outdoor cooking area is great (we used this most nights, it was nice to sit outside and eat when it was cooler). The villa has no a/c and no fans were provided.....in temperatures of +95 degrees this made it virtually impossible to sleep, so much so we actually left a day early. The children all ended up sleeping in the lounge as the upstairs was unbearable, you could barely breath it was so hot. We couldn't open the windows due to all the bugs as everyone was being bitten. We had a problem with wasps upstairs - no idea how they were getting in but they were very sleepy and dying on the landing area (this also put the children off sleeping upstairs). The tumble dryer didn't work, the ice machine on the fridge was also faulty and some of the plug sockets around the villa were temperamental!! It would have been useful to have basic instructions for the washing machine etc in English ( we did figure it out but it would have made it a lot easier). Average beds and sadly the pillows were so uncomfortable we resorted to using cushions from the sofa. Nice meal at Buffalo Grill in Crolles and the pastries from the local bakers were divine. We enjoyed the company of the cat!

For 10 years, our house is left with our tenants in a state impeccabletans at the level of equipment that the cleanliness. Ears are bought new every year, the US refrigerator with ice cubes works perfectly( It was just necessary to understand(include) that there is a reserve of water to be filled(performed)), the tumble-dryer is not in equipments at capacities(measures) in the general conditions (thank you, you used him(it) without the filter 550 € to replace him on our return ... without held on your pledge), there are ventilators in every room of the floor. By kindness, I rented at my expenses of the bathroom linen to avoid you loading(charging) your car, I have never had thanking if you are afraid of the heat and if you do not take advantage of happiness of the mountain, I advise(recommend) you to change destinationPlease consult the opinion(notice) of the people who succeeded you during 15 days it is the reflection of our appreciations for 10 years... I wish you to find a rent which corresponds to you for your next holidays. Best regards
