A country holiday house with garden and gym

A three-level terraced house plus attic furnished in a modern style located on the wine route in a quiet hamlet a few kilometers from the center of Desenzano and Lake Garda. The house has a living room with fireplace and kitchen and dining area on the ground floor, two bedrooms with a spacious bathroom with shower on the first floor and another bedroom and bathroom with bathtub on the attic floor. In the basement there is a small but well-equipped gymnasium, a laundry room and two garages. The house is equipped with a Smart TV with Netflix and satellite TV, WI-Fi, HI-FI radio and CD player, air conditioning and modern design furnishings.
At guests' disposal there is a garden with B-B-Q, dining furniture and deckchairs at the back, while there is a small outdoor living room at the front of the house which can also be used as a smoking corner.
The house is equipped with a safe with code that allows key collection and contactless check-in.
The house overlooks the vineyards of the ABATE WINE winery which produces an excellent Lugana D.O.C. white wine. and which offers walks in the vineyard with tasting of their excellent wines.
