The encounter with the magic of the village is precisely in this ancient manor house from the end of the 18th century, surrounded by an immense green park in which fir and olive trees dance with the music of the wind.

The name takes inspiration from the portico structure that overlooks the splendid swimming pool and the breathtaking panorama in which the view tends to get lost.

The Guest abandons his mind to what the Portico can offer him, be it the external barbecue, the crackling fire of the internal fireplace, the sofa where he can relax, a book to read or a game of chess disturbed by a cup of tea to enjoy during breaks in the day….

The journey begins here, where the Reception disguises itself as pure hospitality and points the way to a stay dedicated to relaxation, nature and well-being.

The Olive Tree
Located on the mezzanine floor, with independent entrance, it is composed of a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom.

Maximum relaxation and privacy thanks to the external gazebo with wooden table and chairs, with a panoramic view of the park and swimming pool.

Included: supply of bed, bathroom and kitchen linen, cold and hot water, electricity and gas.
Excluded: heating costs.
Arrivals and departures

Upon your arrival, the delivery of the accommodation is scheduled for 3.30 pm, on the day of departure the same must be left by 10.30 am
Heating

It is autonomous, upon your arrival the digit indicating the appropriate counter located inside the main switch will be detected, just as it will be detected upon your departure.
The linen

If you stay for more than a week, it will be changed on Saturday morning, it is always possible to ask for an additional change, in this case an extra cost will be charged.
The cleaning

It is possible to request that our staff clean the accommodation on different days, with a supplement.
